Seguros & Salud 2025: Houston’s First All-Spanish Insurance Summit Where Community Becomes Opportunity
“Language isn’t a barrier; it’s leverage. When agents talk to prospects in their heart language, conversion is natural.”

Why This Summit Had to Happen Now
Walk any national insurance conference, and you'll see the same pattern: one "Hispanic market" breakout sandwiched between hours of English-only content. Meanwhile, Houston's Latino economy is breaking the $100 billion mark, and Spanish-dominant consumers are aging into Medicare at record speed.
If you're an agent, broker, or benefits consultant who sells in Spanish, you need more than a side session—you need an event built for you, in your language, with strategies that work in real neighborhoods.
Seguros y Salud 2025 flips that script. Every keynote, workshop, and Q&A happens en español first. The entire event is engineered around how Spanish-speaking insurance professionals sell, grow, and serve.
For one high-energy day, you’ll get the clarity, connections, and CE credits you need to serve the community you love—without translation lag or cultural shortcuts.

Nailen Alcaina

With more than five years directing sales and retention strategies in the corporate arena, Naileen made a purposeful pivot to independent insurance so she could put families—rather than quarterly targets—at the center of every conversation. Today she designs end-to-end protection plans that span ACA health coverage, Medicare solutions, life insurance, and retirement-income strategies, giving clients both immediate peace of mind and long-term financial security.
A firm believer that knowledge should be shared, Naileen is also an NSSA®-certified trainer and mentor, equipping new and mid-career agents with the real-world skills they need to thrive in a competitive market. She leverages her corporate background—where KPI accountability met customer-centric retention—to teach advisors how to build trust, deepen relationships, and keep clients for life.
What sets Naileen apart is her hands-on, personalized approach. She invests the time to understand each household’s goals and constraints, then tailors coverage and financial tools that fit like a glove. The result: stronger families, stronger agents, and a community that’s better prepared for tomorrow.
